Omega sentinel, does she need here awakened ability for offence?

I pulled her as a 6* yesterday after I did the carinas challenge (the 3* G2099 one) ive heard good things about her but i dont know how to play her or if she needs the awakened ablility

    I have her R3 unduped, I don't know about value of duped but she is solid and is a little bit better, just a little than Nimrod, which I have R4 duped, she is more flexible across the classes .
