Nullify immune champs

Are nullify immune champs like Overseer and Negative good against Ebony Maw, Mojo and Dormammu? Or maybe you can still somehow get the degen in any other way? Except for when Maw steal your power.

They will still degen when the interaction depends on 'when buffs end' if the buff is on a timer, or consumed etc
