Mr Fantastic prefights disappearing

I just had this happen to me in war: I went to fight Mangog with Reed, applied all the prefights and lost persistent charges for them, but when I entered the fight the debuffs were just not there, couldn't get them from sp2 either. The node is aspect of evolution, personal space, rich get richer (power), so nothing that would prevent debuffs. I lost the fight because without them I was unable to control his power. I don't have a video of it happening unfortunately.
