5 Star Mister Negative

I recently pulled my first 5* champ. Angela. I’ve just pulled my 2nd 5*, and it’s Mister Negative. Is Mister Negative worth it to level/rank up? I like playing with him, but it’s somewhat tricky. Thank you for opinions.
