Sp3?

Couple times now I've fired off sp3 and it takes off no damage. Happened against iceman in event quest and just now against hulk in RTTL? Using 5* AV. Is there something i am unaware of?. Anyone having same prob?

Iceman probably had ice armor and Hulk must have had safeguard.

My Nebula does 0 damage with her SP3 or maybe heals enemy some when I tried using her over and over in duels for finishing event last night.
