Human Torch Pre-Fight

Is there some reason why when I used my Human Torch pre-fight ability it didn’t actually turn on and just cost me a fight in AW?

Happened again just now, and has quite a few times since I made this post, still no answers Kabam?

Sometimes pre fights don't stick so make sure to re check before going in fight, i always double check it in AW
