Unawakened Kitty or Sig 20 Galan to 6* R3?

Really torn on this. Fully explored act 7, alliance does not do AW and don’t run suicides, so this rank up is really just because I can. I fairly well stacked on mutants, including an r4 APAC, r3 AA, etc. Cosmics are also strong, even if largely unawakened - r3 Herc (sitting in a generic awakening gem), CGR, r2 Gamora, Odin, venom, etc. Who would you go with and why?
