Energy Refill changes?

I just used an Energy Refill while still having 45/70 left. Normally when I use one with 45 it would add 70 to it to give me 115/70 since they made that change a few months ago. Now it just went back up to 70/70. Was there another change to these refills?

No not really just that you can put in a certain amount of multiple small energy refills and not just 1 at a time

He's not talking about multiple Small Refills.

Clearly indicates they used a Full Refill, which as of recently would be able to exceed your normal 70 Cap by actually adding 70 to whatever you were currently at.

If it is not doing that anymore with this latest update, then it may be a bug.

Can anyone else confirm (with new update) ??

No, nothing has changed, I experienced that once last month with my energy refill. It just happens sometimes
