I am really surprised no moderator is responding when many of us are facing an issue after update

In bugs and known issue section. Most of the top discussions is that we can't do event quest and Eop after we updated the game an error message pops up saying no recourses found. I am seeing mods replying to another discussions but are avoiding to respond to this when many users are facing the issue and can't complete the quest on time as it's the last day. I and many other are facing this issue please address this soon as possible or at least respond to someone's discussion when it will get fixed
