I see a Hercules in the top corner, focus on him the most and try to rank and awaken him
other options are Corvus, Magneto, Hyperion, Tigra and Spidey 2099
it also looks like your in late act 4 or early act 5, look at your chosen path and rank up accordingly, that would probably be my best advice
