My acct needs password change

Ok so went to dinner last night with family set my phone down( MCOC was playing on the screen) to help my pregnant wife out her seat my back was turned 2 secs and my phone was gone…. Got home last night and my friends list was deleted all my setting changed I wasn’t in an alliance anymore… was so mad I didn’t even try to put in a ticket for fear i would be booted off by the person who now has my old phone…. Is there anyway to create a new password for my kabam acct to log in on my tablet and kick the other one off my acct

    In this instance, it sounds like you need to contact support to reset your password if you are unable to access the game currently.

    When you open your ticket, please also provide answers to the following security questions so that support can verify ownership of the account:

    What is the in-game player name of your account? Write this name exactly as it appears in the game.

    What were your first two real-money purchases? Include the dates (yyyy-mm-dd) and the amount of real money you spent on iTunes or Google.

    Did you ever attach a Kabam ID to your account, and what was the original email address that was linked to your account? Write the exact email address you attached to your account as a Kabam ID.

    What country, province, state, or city were you in when you created your account?

    What is the creation date of your account? Estimate the date (yyyy-mm-dd) of when you created your account in the game.
