in Bugs and Known Issues
Just lost a battle against Herc,
Had 100 cerebro charges, launched sp3 and after all power was used up and hercs specials were not locked, a follow sp2 would have finished the fight.
Am i missing a buff or something?

    maybe it was because you had an infuriate debuff.
