Which Tech Champs should I focus on ranking up?

I know there are a few duplicates between some of my 5* and 6*, but which champs deserve to be focused on the most?

    I’m biased and also jealous you have Stark Spidey as both 5* and 6*. I’ve been waiting for him. I have him maxed as 3* and he’s awesome. He actually fought through few while completing Act 4. Warlock isn’t bad, but I’m in minority group that isn’t as high on him as most. He’s good, but not my personal preference. That said - Stark Spidey, IWIM (gotta know how to use him), WL, GL 2099 (better awakened). I also enjoy Star-Lord. Maybe Ghost (if know how to use and enjoy using).
