Boosts Are Still Working in Battlegrounds

As I show in this vid, boosts are still working in battlegrounds even though the description directly says that they should not.

Where does it say that boosts should not work? I don’t see any mention of boosts in the battleground guide in the game.

If you click on a boost the info page says (not usable in battlegrounds)
