Is Peni Parker eop unfair?

I've done all the eop fights so far and the only one I had trouble on was Icarus but Peni Parker is just borderline impossible, this can be credited to the objectives as well, but how am I supposed to do this, I feel like this fight is impossible to solo unless you have a few very specific champs

I didn't solo today either - I don't have Hulkling or Galan and am not ranking a 5* Champion for this. I have a beefy Odin and did terrible with him. Moved onto Ultron and he did the job in 3 x L1 revives, a few potions to get him above 50% each time (so he can double heal and make the fight last longer), put on some boosts and just hammered away without throwing any specials.
That wasn't terrible at all - frustrating at first for sure, but once I saw I could do at least 40% health in one go, I knew there was a path forward. If the rewards are needed (worth it for you), keep practicing until you find a solution that works - that might mean, not getting the solo or it might mean you have to do it with 2 champs instead of just a single run.
It may take a few revives, but the rewards are pretty insane and well worth the effort.
Peni having close encounters is hard, but not unfair. You can use light attacks and dashes to get closer to her during specials, you need to play smart, hit her block to buy some health, slow down combos to buy some health.
Peni having close encounters with heal block, and long distance relationship would be bad design and therefore unfair.
It’s a line, but it’s not been crossed here I don’t think. The only bad design in the fight is the Kree objective only having 5 champions in it.

EoP is intended to be unfair. It is intended to be hard enough that most people who try it fail. Every fight is different, so every fight is unfair in a different way. You might be able to do some, but not others. That's intended. No one deserves to beat the fights, no matter what their roster looks like and no matter what other content they have completed. No one deserves the EoP rewards either, you get them if you beat the fights, which are not fair. The odds are stacked against you. That's why EoP exists. That's the only reason why EoP exists.
