What is the node “One Too Many Hits”?

An officer in my alliance wanted to know what One Too Many Hits node was for the upcoming war season. I’ve searched and haven’t found anything on it. I’m assuming it’s new or isn’t that significant to talk about? Cool if anybody could let me know.

    Is similar to "Stung once, twice shy" or something but the power sting triggers when the other champion fills the bar of power

    New nodes are live in off-season wars already so could check there.
