EOP paragon objective

Hello, everyone. If next week's EOP starts and I become paragon after the start, will I get the additional paragon milestone or do I only receive it if I'm paragon before the event starts?

    I'm 80% sure I did get the objective that week when I got paragon after having already done the fight, but definitely got the rest for that EoP 'season'

    You will see the objective after you become paragon.
