Wolverine or X-23

Wolverine is at pi 830 and x-23 is at pi 880, both not duped. Who should I use?

X23, cause they are both unduped.

X23 has better overall damage output and better regen than unduped wolverine
But once you dupe wolverine you have yourself one of the best healing champs in the game.
