The game is almost unplayable again

The game yet again is full of all sorts of bugs and issues.
The UI is bugged and shows notification that I have already seen, the enemy AI is broken again with enemies not throwing specials, dashing back 4 times in a row and other weird stuff, the controls broke too with parry/dex not working and sometimes not even registering attacks either and finally the visual bugs like not seeing traps, your Ghosts and Kittys not turning invisible etc.
I have been playing this game for a long time and I don't ever remember it ever running smoothly. shouldn't the game being playable be the number 1 priority for any game? I don't feel like MCOC will ever be fixed given that they never did for so many years already.
I was getting my hopes up with some new things they introduced but they turned them into pay to play/win and took all the fun away which combined with all these other issues really makes me go in one of my MCOC breaks, perhaps a permanent one this time
