Missing t6 and t3 eop rewards

I had t6 basic and t3 alpha cats from eop rewards and nearly another set formed looked the other day and now have had them removed for some odd reason. No point with support as I gave them all my info asked for and they tell me they will not look into this as they can't verify ownership. Just plain theft by kabam

    Are u free to play? I have heard that free to play often gets a cold shoulder when they have problems with the game.
