Nebula sp3 doing no damage

Hello all. When doing the Vanquishing Blow quest that required sp3 kills for bonus points, I used a lot of sp3 that I had never used before. I've been enjoying this mechanic, but noticed that every time I used a Nebula sp3, no damage was done at all. Anyone else seeing this?

This happened to me as well. It happens when the sp3 is supposed to kill someone but instead of getting KO'ed, they keep lying down for a second then stand up again.

I've seen that with debuff kills, where the hero is KO'ed but stands and then the game registers the KO from a bleed/poison, but Nebula sp3 was causing no damage at all. I used sp3s for 90+ characters, but Nebulas was the only one I saw causing no damage.
