battle grounds... reporting user, how does this process actually work?
Kabam: Can you please cite a case (removing identifying information) where reporting a user in battlegrounds "actually caught someone" and another where someone was reported, you did an investigation, and found everything was cool (maybe they just using boosts, which while not right... isn't technically something you are going to discipline at this time).
I am especially interested to know why you don't give users the option to either pick from a picklist of why you think someone is worth reporting or give users say 255 characters to explain what they think is wrong.
I'm not looking for all the secrets of how you try to catch people to be divulged but so far as I can tell... there hasn't been a single case of anyone ever getting compensated for facing a cheater, and extremely few cases of anyone being banned or any significant penalty.
If you are being bombarded with "report user" requests... perhaps you should look at a process similar to sports and instant replays, where if someone seems to be reporting too many users for no reasons... either you then ignore them or possibly discipline them with the equivalent of a "loss of timeout" or whatever sport you want an analogy to.
