EQ Champ rewards wrong?

So usually we get the same champ with diferent rarirties, depending on the dificulty, this month i believe this "rules" doesnt apply, since the rewards are:

3* Spidergwen for Normal
4* Stealthy for Heroic

My point is: UC dificulty is showing 5* The Champion as reward here, but he was last month s EQ reward for UC! Is this a mistake? I dont believe they would intentionally put the same champ as reward 2 months in a row
