The answer to your question is I don't. I just block. And if it's unblockable - I block it with my face.

Reverse controls is one of those things that I can't do anything about
Even for Emma's specials I have to block the first hit
If it's unblockable, guess I'm eating it on the face then

Normally spam it but if I’m using someone like blade i slow them down to maximise power gain
