Summoner Graduation: Roster Advancement Error

So I was progressing in the new Summoner's Journey when I saw that there's a chance for me to get a 4 Star Nick Fury from the Summoner Graduation: Roster Advancement. After getting Doctor Strange, I used a max sig stone to get him to max sig because that's the second objective. For some reason, it didn't get me the reward even tho I follow exactly what do I do and now I am stuck because I can't complete the objective. Someone please help me, here are some screenshots to show you what do I mean:

Maybe it's a single sig stone not the 99 one?

Then why did I get the sig 99+ item if it doesn't count?

because the +99 stone is still 1 sig stone, you're at 1/15 so u just have to use 14 more sig stone, either 14 1x or 14 99x it counts as the same..

He has 15 Objectives, not an Objective to use 15 Stones. He has to use 1 Sig Stone. It's more likely an oversight from Kabam. Try using a normal +1 or +5 Sig Stone or someone and see if that solves the objective.

Yah the 99 one might not count towards the event. Just use a +1 on another champ. I wouldnt even risk using a +2 or +5. Just use your basic +1 and it should work.

I have a feeling this player is fairly new so they might be unable to just use a +1 sig stone.
