Meaning of 1% in Oct Rifts

Hi all,
I just wonder what is the purpose for 1% or 2% in this month rifts event.
For me it does not have any meanings at all.
Those items are just appeared there untouched, just like a Mannequin behind the glass.
It's better to be a kind of rng crystal with those minor chances, should not be a seductive lust temptation blonde behind the glass anyway 😞

There's a 10% chance to get a non candy path. We get 35 attempts throughout the month, so you have a 97.5% chance to get a non candy path at least once. For a 1% path, you have about a 30% chance to get it at least once, assuming you use all your runs
