Bug in 8.1.1 Morning Star

I was fighting her with Ibom and had 75% life then out of nowhere it said I was KO’d. went back to pick another champ and there was Ibom with 75% health so I picked him again and then the whole screen glitched and started the fight over. No pics, no video just can we just please have a glitch free game?
