Weird Conduit interaction

It's the second time that's happening to me. Whenever you knock down the defender, on masochism over time, and the conduit debuff is consumed by it, the defender keeps healing even though it shouldn't. Anyone had the same issue?

    yep conduit is broken and kabam doesnt care about it. Multiple threads/ posts have been made and zero response. this has been going on since the start of conduit. Kabam is gonna sweep it under the rug.
