Missing Battlegrounds Points

Earlier I had roughly 500BG points In my inventory. I then proceeded to complete the objectives which gives a total of 1000BG points, and whilst doing so I became gold 3, giving another 1200BG points. For some reason it wouldn't let me accept the objective points, so without claiming them I had 1700 roughly. I closed the game and te-opened it so I could claim them, but they were gone and I still only had 1700BG points.... not impressed with the bugs going on with a game mode that is nearly at its end for the 1st season...

    Similar thing happened to me, won 3 matches to get both objectives and move from silver 1 to gold 3, both objectives said claim now but when trying to claim nothing happened, restarted game now both objectives gone but the 1000 tokens not added to my total.

    Please such a small issue shouldn't be hard to fix
