Aw season 37 wrong score counted after match

We played round 6 in tier 5. How ever after the game the multyply count was times 3.4 instead of times 4. So it counted for tier 6 instead of tier 5.

Dont know if any one else had this bit it seems the aw count is not correct. I put 2 sceenshots with this. One from our side with the times 3.4 and the other from our opponents with the multiply time 4.

Cant be that in one match 2 different tiers are active.

Put a ticket out to kabam, but check the aw score if it is correct.

At least the Win/Loss is determined before the multiplier is counted.

And while there has to be a common map used for the war itself (coin toss as to which map gets used in a “cross-tier” scenario), that doesn’t necessarily mean that the associated Multiplier for that Map gets used for both teams also.

Imagine a Tier-5 (because of War Rating), fighting against a Tier-6 team, where Tier-6 map is used, ending up only getting Tier-6 Multiplier (even though they are a Tier-5 alliance).
Then you would really hear some screaming.

So each Ally probably just gets the multiplier that they really are at (based on their WR).

A tier 5 map is used so therefor we played also tier 5. In tier 6 map no defence tactics is used and that is in tier 5 map.

The Multiplier that you get is tied exclusively to the Tier that your War Rating places you in. It does not matter which map is used in the War. This issue only arise on fringe cases where Alliances in different Tiers face each other. It would be incredibly unfair to an Alliance to get less points just because Kabam matched them against a weaker alliance as that is not up to them. Imagine an Alliance at the top of Masters pushing for one of the Top 3 placements. If Kabam randomly matched them against a Tier 2 alliance and they only received Tier 2 points, Their entire season may be ruined. This is why you get points for the Tier you've earned regardless of the Map.
