Summoner's choice 2023 suggestions for improvement
I'm going to Replay the last two Summoner's choices to make sure I get it right.
In Oct 2020, We were given eight choices for a new character to be introduced. The eight options were Dazzler (mutant, Blue Marvel (cosmic), Okoye (Skill), Morbius (Science), Omega Sentinel (tech) , Iron Heart (tech), and the winner Hercules (cosmic) . Voting took place over November and ended in December. Hercules was introduced in July 2021. None of the runners up would be introduced until 2022. So far Omega Sentinel is the only other character that has been introduced this year2022 though it's very likely we could get Okoye or Ironheart in November .
In December 2021 they ran the contest again but this time with 12 choices, 2 from each class of Champions. Mutant had Armor and Dani Moonstar as options. Mystic gave us Agatha Harkness and Kushala the Spirit Rider, Cosmic had Beta Ray Bill and Crystal. Skill presented Bullseye and Baron Zemo. Science presented Quicksilver and Jessica Drew. Lastly Tech choices were Spiderman Villian Prowler and Hobgoblin. Quicksilver was introduced in August. The other 11 could be introduce in 2023.
Now that we have the recap, I'll give my opinions They can't have any of the past champions reintroduced at this point. We know that they are already on Kabam's mind and don't need to be revoted on. I feel Kabam should stick with the format they used last year. The only way to make it better is to give 24 options but that seems a bit much. Just make sure all the characters are well known. Personally I would suggest have Karate Mike do thorough introduction of the characters so their History and powers are known. Make sure the character is well known and can be easily researched. Make it so if they never heard of a character, they have links so they can do their research. Does anyone else have suggestions?
