Cannot buy summoner resort pass. Help please.

Hello, I had previously bought the past 2 summoner resort passes, and waited this 3rd time till I’m sure I can finish all the daily challenges before I buy the 3rd one, I’ve finished them all just now, but I can’t seem to find where to buy it. It’s not in the unit store where I’ve purchased the first 2.
Can someone help? Thanks a lot in advance!

Unfortunately the pass is on a 30-day timer while the event is 33 days. I believe the ability to purchase it expired about 25 hours ago.
