Alliance War Node 26 Conflictor 2

in Bugs and Known Issues
Conflictor is supposed to shrug 1 debuff every 7 seconds. Currently it Scruggs the stun from the Parry and the shocks that get applied with Nebula. That is 2 debuffs. Is that a bug?

    I believe conflictor works in a way that it purifies the next debuff (along with all others that are placed at the exact same time).
