I have collected over 700,000 valor, but have yet to open a bounty mission . As an alliance we have only opened two . Is this common?

    my alliance has 2 or 3 per day...

    we are getting 2-4 bounty missions every day

    My alliance has a nasty habit of getting them when I am sleeping. great for people in other time zones... but mountain time US it kinda sucks to see people get it at 2am. by the time I get up I have a few minutes to complete.
