Have opportunity to R4 one of 6*.

Kitty recently acquired. Duped. Learning her.

Omega have had for a while. Use frequently for AW. Sig 200.

Both are 6* duped and at R3.

If you use suicides and synergize Omega Red each time you use him, then OR is a no-brainer. Kitty also needs proper synergies to properly be a game-breaker. Both can melt opponents. Without the suicides or the most desired synergies, Kitty is a better Rank 4. Hope this was helpful. As always, if you enjoy playing with one more than the other, go with your gut.
