hello, I received the prizes from bettelgrounds and I didn't receive the t⁵ catalyst selector, what's the problem?

As stated in the announcement above;
" There was an issue with the T5CC Selector from Battlegrounds where it would not activate after claiming. We are aware of this and will be sending the missing selectors to all affected Summoner next week."
