**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

Guillotine 2099 Tune Up

She should carry her hit count up till 100 into the next match.
Being able to throw a special 3 is not always possible, e.g. you win fast.
There should be a penalty for win quickly.
If by fight end she has 40 hits in the counter, the next match she should start with 40.
But the max is 99 or 100 that can be carried.

    If the hit count for a fight really is 40 or above, you are expected to have already gained enough power for an sp3. And yeah if u have lower hit count, just bring opponent below 5% health and launch sp3 it will work

    The hit count carry over wouldn’t effect her power at the beginning of the new match.
    It would just allow her to be useful when health pools aren’t huge or the ability to use specials are difficult.

    The main issue with this is Guilly 99 is incredibly powerful for the fights she's meant for, she's not meant for fights that will take 40 or fewer hits, she's meant to break down massive health pools. She's a long fight ramping champ, not a short fight burst. So for her playstyle this change doesn't need to be addressed, it would make her "better" for shorter fights but again that's not what she's meant for.

    That is the problem! There are too many champs that aren’t used because there is nothing for them. The only time I used her was the event of clearing Realm of Legends with a 3 star.
    Yes she was great. Beyond that she sits on the bench.
    There are like 200 champs and 150 are pointless.
