Q regarding forfeit before reaching results screen

Hi,

If I’ve just had a frustrating loss in battlegrounds, and as a result I click “forfeit” before the match reaches the result screen… will I still receive points for “completion” of the fight, or do I forfeit those completion points because I jumped the gun before the match concluded. I’ve done this a number of times after losing 2 out of 3 rounds, but before the final match results screen is loaded.

No points for forfeight. You have to complete. It was mentioned

If you forfeit the match you forfeit the points.

unfortunately this also includes the wins you get that others forfeit.

You do. I checked yesterday. I had 0 points (first match) and got the alliance points and the solo when they forfeited before the timer ended
