Opened 1.7 million battlechips and only got 350 units

How is it possible to open 1.7 million battlechips in this game and only get 350 units? I have played this game for about 6 years and when I have opened them before I usually get between 800 and 1200 units per 1 million battlechips do what is going on I have literally just used all my saved up battlechips and got nothing for them, they have to be bugged as this has never happened to me before and I'm at the point where just about to quit this game now everything is so money focused and it's not to far fetched to think kabam has altered drop rates to make people spend more money, well I won't be getting it from me.

    Which type crystal did you buy? Standard, UC or Thronebreaker? The higher the rarity, the bigger the RNG gamble. If you want a steady consistent return, just pop the basic crystals only.
