As per the title, my posts about bugs get ignored, and the website to submit a ticket doesn't work

    Guessing you may have been “hidden” on Forums due to excessive posting ?

    Yes, all your more recent ones coming up with 0 replies, and all showing as “New”.

    KabamSupport site is coming up for me (although a little slow)
