Tigra's miss mechanic

Is there any issues with tigra's miss mechanic?

I used her against node 48 super skull and galan boss and she failed to miss their sp1 every time

Maybe against skull,he somehow had the vigilance buff when he throw sp1 but against galan,she shouldn't have any issue

Super skrull s1 cannot miss. Galan with 3 charges gets an anti-miss buff on his s1. So if he fires that off without neutralize, you’ll get hit

During Galan's EQ he was seemingly bugged so that if she was heavy charging even though she didn't get hit by the SP2 she still had the incinerates applied to her despite the SP2 description not saying they were on activation. Not sure if it still happens as I don't have a Galan to easily fight myself to check it now that the EQ is over. I've asked many times if the description is incorrect or if he or she were bugged but never got a response.
