Battleground and duel problem

i i have been having some issues with bg and duels for a while.
Duel issue has been going for months now. First duel has an unexpected error and still charges me the duel credit.
As for battleground, sometime the screen goes blac, sometimes the fight ends and it gives me 0 poinys even though the fight didnt end like that and some more issues. I lost around 10 battlegrounds fight due to problems. Please help. Thanks.
