Issues with parry dex block touch registering

Parry dex block wont work 65% of times, we get hit and die. In quests, wars, events etc. touch is not registering, not just me my whole aliance, both android and iOS users. Been months, and am sick and tierd of the unfair gameplays im facing, been months man.
Even battlegrounds is worse. Its like its not possible to win three consecutive matches.
Pls pls pls see into these and fix it already.
