Battleground, bug or attack DoS

I understand whats happening, first: I cant select my character, its not my connection 'cause i've playing all day with my brother and he had no problem.
Second: In my second game, I had match in favor.
Due to a bug the game or so i want to believe, selected BlackW, but even so I had a good chance, and i couldn't play until the round was over.
