Who to pick from this 6* nexus

I'm not sure who i should pick. I don't have an awakening gem for either at the moment, but that isn't an issue. I have no good 6* techs and currently only have one good 6* science champ whos is already r3 ( scorpion). I'm also about to take on 8.1, TIA!

    I’d say spidey because the times I’ve needed a buff immune champion has been more important than having someone who can nuke champs fast.
