5 day alliance incursion event

Maybe I misunderstand incursions and rewards, but why doesn't the incursions alliance event stretch across the season instead of 5 day groupings?

It’s crazy how much you’d need to play to get these milestones. Everyone in the alliance needs to clear at least 10 rooms every 5 day cycle? @Kabam Zibiit the milestones and rewards for incursions are not in-line with how crazy the rooms get after 5 sectors.
