Can I get some mastery feedback?

Should I run 1 or 3 in willpower?
Should I run 1 or 3 in despair?
Assassin is on the top of the list but I have to save up.
Am I wasting points anywhere? (2 in stand your ground seems wrong, I think I might have done that to have enough in defense for willpower or something... Can't remember)

I'm preparing for my 1st attempt against the grandmaster and wanted to have the best setup possible.
