Battleground auto forfeit when app just quits

I’m In battlegrounds, first match winning handily and the app just quits unexpectedly. I refresh memory and reboot app immediately. I’m expecting a notice to rejoin fight like in other content. Instead I’m forfeited and loos the match. What a waste of resources and time. Needs to be fixed. Argh.
