Who should I rank up Next?

Hey lads, recently got back into this game and I’m guessing Ive missed out on a lot of buffs and new characters. I need to know who out of my roster of 6 stars should be my next r3 candidate.

I’d go with Claire, Rintrah, or King Groot.

I’d considered Toad as well. He is a pain in BGs unless you can both heal block him and have poison immunity. No Warlock, you’re gonna have a rough time of it.
