War rewards?

My lil bro got suspended (not discussing his suspension) just want to know why he didn't receive war rewards when he logged back in?

The message to claim war rewards expires after 2 days I believe. Whether his account was active or not, the message would’ve gone out last Wednesday and expired Friday. Not sure what the time period for the stash is, but I’m guessing it might be the same.
